Meet Jen Porter

I empower women to elevate their leadership, deepen their impact and become radiant leaders doing life-changing work.

I spent the first half of my career helping Fortune 500 companies, as well as global non-profits and ministries build strong effective teams through recruiting talent from around the globe. 

As I got pulled into leadership roles, I realized just how tough it can be to lead with confidence in male dominated spaces.  I often felt undervalued, overlooked and underappreciated for the unique style I brought in how I led teams.

After working directly with a coach, I was able to access new levels of freedom, clarity and confidence in not only how I wanted to lead, but also the kind of life I wanted to live.  I have been able to do things in my personal life and my career that I would not have been able to access without the help of my own coach.  

I also realized the thing I loved more than anything was developing others and through Strengths Finders, realized I am a “natural coach”.  I followed my passion and became a professional coach in 2017.  

I’ve coached over 300 leaders since that time to become radiant leaders doing work that matters most to them.
